Introduction to Dosing Device (System)

This dosing device is mainly used for supporting various sewage treatment equipment of our company, such as air flotation machine and filter press. It can also be used for water supply, boiler water, circulating water and wastewater treatment in power plant, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, water supply system and other industries. It has a complete set of equipment for dissolving chemicals, dosing, stirring and conveying liquids. It mainly includes an integrated equipment composed of a dissolving tank, an electrodeless governor, a stirrer, a dosing tank, a magnetic pump, a flowmeter and various valve fittings. This factory set of equipment can greatly reduce the workload of design and field construction, and provide reliable guarantee for the quality, safety and field operation of the whole machine. Such as adding coagulant, flocculant, phosphate, ammonia solution, lime water, water quality stabilizer (corrosion inhibitor), scale inhibitor, liquid pesticide, etc.
 

Working structure principle:
　　The dosing device isprepared in the dissolution tank according to the required drug concentration, stirred uniformly by a stirrer, and then put into the dosing tank, and the prepared solution is transported to the dosing point or the designated system by a magnetic pump (dosing pump). The complete set of dosing device has the characteristics of compact structure, simple safety and easy operation. The device can also be designed and equipped with necessary parts according to the requirements of different technological processes of users, which is economical and practical.
Dosing device selection considerations
1. When the user selects the dosing device, first determine the selection specifications (including magnetic pump parameters, stirring tank volume, solution tank volume and site conditions) according to the amount of solution required by the system, and then determine the dosing method according to the dosing situation;

Precautions for operation in dosing room:

1, check before starting:

1) Check that all pipes and valves are in normal working condition.

2) Check that the stepless speed governor, magnetic pump and agitator of each dosing equipment are in normal working condition.

3) Check that the electrical equipment is in normal working condition.

2. The proportion and dosing method of various medicaments (for reference only, please refer to):

1) Sodium hydroxide is used to adjust the pH value ofwaterquality.

Dispensing method: according to the weight concentration of 20%-25%, namely 1 part of medicine 4 parts of water or 1 part of medicine 3 parts of water.

Dosage: controlled according to PH value requirements. PH is controlled at 7.8-8.5 during start-up period and 7-8 during normal working period.

Dosing method: special dosing device, dosage pump can be used, or directly added in the pool.

 2) Coagulant is used for dosing of flotation device and dosing of secondary sedimentation device.

Name of agent: Polyaluminum chloride (PAC).

Dispensing method: according to the weight concentration of 10%-15%, namely 1 part of medicine 9 parts of water or 1 part of medicine 7 parts of water. After the preparation of a good mixture of drugs, start the mixer to stir evenly can be used.

Dosage: The dosage shall be determined according to the water quality index test. Generally, the dosage of drugs prepared according to the above ratio shall be within the range of 20-50mg/L.

Dosing method: dosing device with special configuration, metering pump dosing, can also be added directly in the pool.

 3) Flocculant is used for dosing of flotation device and dosing of secondary sedimentation device.

Name of agent: No. 3 flocculant (PAM).

Dispensing method: according to the weight concentration of 1%-2%, namely 1 part of medicine 99 parts of water or 1 part of medicine 98 parts of water. After the preparation, start the stirrer and stir for at least 1.5-2 hours to make it mature before use.

Dosage: The dosage shall be determined according to the water quality index test. Generally, the dosage of drugs prepared according to the above ratio shall be within the range of 5-10mg/L.

Dosing mode: dosing device specially configured, dosing pump.

 4) Nutrients For industrial wastewater lacking nitrogen and phosphorus, nutrients need to be added. Nutrients are controlled according to the ratio C: N: P=100:5:1.

Chemical name: nitrogen (N) agricultural urea, phosphorus (P) agricultural phosphate (ammonium dihydrogen phosphate).

Dispensing method: according to the weight concentration of 15%-20%, namely 1 part of medicine 7 parts of water or 1 part of medicine 4 parts of water. After the medicament is prepared, start the stirrer to stir evenly and then use it. Nutrients can also be added directly to the pond.

Dosage: according to the above proportion of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus.

Dosing method: Dosing with specially configured dosing device, metering pump, or directly into the pool.

 3. Precautions

  1) All kinds of chemicals must be stored separately to prevent moisture.

  2) The dosing equipment shall be inspected regularly and the impurities in the dosing tank shall be discharged regularly.

  3) Regularly check the lubrication of the stirring stepless governor and magnetic pump, and conduct maintenance once every three months.

Basic configuration details of dosing device:

1) 2 sets of chemical dissolving machine, 2 sets of chemical storage box, 1 set of operation desk, material: Q235, 4, two coats of internal marine antifouling paint, two coats of external gray primer, one coat of titanium blue pattern paint. Reducer 2 sets, single power 0.75KW.

2) 2 rotor flowmeters LZB-25.

1. After the equipment contract is signed, our company will organize technical personnel to communicate and coordinate with the buyer's technical personnel in the early stage to ensure that the civil engineering conditions, process requirements and contract requirements are met.

2. Installation, debugging and training: buy our dosing device separately. Because the equipment is simple to operate, our company can conduct telephone guidance, installation, debugging and training, but not on-site guidance.

3, After-sales service:

1) The warranty period of equipment is 12 months after the equipment leaves the factory. During the warranty period, the Seller shall bear the expenses for any failure due to quality problems of the equipment (except for failure due to operation responsibility).

2) Lifetime service after the expiration of the warranty, and long-term supply of accessories at ex-factory prices.

3) No matter whether it is within or outside the warranty period, if there is any problem in the operation of the equipment, the Seller shall respond within 24 hours; if it is necessary to arrange personnel to deal with it on site, relevant technicians shall be dispatched to the site within 72 hours to deal with it, and the specific handling shall be coordinated by both parties.
